What happens in these 4-5 days ? 
In these 4/5 days, a seeker goes through an intensive spiritual quest. the purpose is to come back to wholeness and bring life back to balance. Along with all that happens in the above retreats, there is specific focus on how to train the mind to be more balanced. The 4/5-day intensive installs a nucleus of Truth in you, which as the days go by, grows and multiplies. A 'Truth' series begins in your life. The 'Truth' is then used as an operating system of life, breaking old habit patterns and vicious cycles of thought patterns.

Where is the residential retreat held? 
The residential is held at TGF's MaNaN Ashram. Tej Gyan Foundation's MaNaN Ashram is located at the outskirts of Pune city amidst the glory of the mountains and the pristine beauty of nature. The facility houses six hundred people in dormitories separate for ladies and gents. MaNaN Ashram is 17 kms. from Pune city which is well connected by air, road and rail.
