B Pozitive, Bright Pozitve

Have a Positive Day, every day in every way:

Our inner critic is the internal voice of negative judgmental self-talk. It is postulated that our inner critic developed early in life as a mechanism for reminding us of childhood rules and standards that we internalized about how we were supposed to think, feel and behave. We learn to be critical of ourselves as we learn to march to the drummer of others wants and needs, we learn to be critical of others when they do not conform to what we want or expect. Take this a day every day to stomp out the voice of your inner critic: to free yourself from self imposed negativity and judgment. Silence all criticism and negativity for 24 hrs. Concentrate only on the good in yourself and in others that you meet and interact with. Give the inner critic a day off, and in doing so spend a day with your highest, greatest, and best self.

Self Talk to Help You:
I am always Positive
I will have Positive expectations for everything I do.
I will surround myself with positive people and ideas.
I will keep trying until I achieve the results I want.
I am always in the right place at the right time.
I trust people and they always treat me well.
Whatever I do, it is always fun and comes easily.
Everything happening is right, truly right.
Whatever I do, it makes money.

I am fearless in letting money go out – knowing God is my immediate and endless supply.
