After this call, you won't have to solve problems; you will see them being solved automatically! more info....

Maha Nivasi (Residential Retreat)

<img style="float:left; Along with all that happens in the above retreats, there is specific focus on how to train the mind to be more balanced. The 4/5-day intensive installs a nucleus of Truth in you, which as the days go by, grows and multiplies. A 'Truth' series begins in your life. The 'Truth' is then used as an operating system of life, breaking old habit patterns and vicious cycles of thought patterns.

<span style=" font-weight: bold; I didn’t know then that the discussion would change the course of my life, my entire perception. The discussion that followed is described as follows:

Tulsi: Nowadays I am unable to practice vipassana meditation. What should I do? I am not able to concentrate and hence I feel guilty.

Sirshree: Who meditates – know that first.

Tulsi: Meditation, of course, I was the one doing it. But nowadays I have discontinued the practice.

Sirshree: First know “Who am I?”. Then you will be only in meditation. In other words, you become meditation, you become devotion.

Tulsi: I did not understand this.

Sirshree: Fine. You have to listen from the beginning. Listen by dropping all your false notions and concepts, without any comparison. Then you will come to understand that the meditation of Self (sakshi) is continuously happening. The moment the mind falls – there is meditation of Self - meditation of bright awareness – where there is awareness of consciousness and awareness of unconsciousness – both. That is bright awareness. Bright awareness is meditation. You don’t have to meditate – but just understand that “You are meditation”.

Tulsi: What! No need of meditation?

Sirshree: Not only meditation, but you will be free from all types of karma. You will get the understanding that you were the non-doer of karmas(akarta), you never did any karma right from the beginning. Then how did you become the doer of meditation?

Tulsi: So what should I do to attain this understanding?

Sirshree: Come and listen to Antim Satsang discourses. Through listening, the meditator will remain no more and what remains is only meditation. The path to end suffering, the road to happiness will emerge. You will be in the bright bliss of silence (moun).

Tulsi: I will definitely keep coming. Since then I attended the Gyan Group Retreat. I found the path to end suffering. I understood what Antim Satsang is all about. The more I listened, the more the conviction grew that everybody should come to know about Antim satsang and the final truth taught here. With this hope and conviction, I made an effort to write this small article. I believe this book will solve its purpose.

By Sirshree

What is real happiness?

Sirshree: Real happiness is not that happiness which you get when you achieve some thing. The mind has cast a shadow over the real you. When the mind falls -- then what is behind the mind -- that manifests. And when that happens it is real happiness. Suppose you have an aim, a desire to achieve something or to own something. And when you actually achieve it -- then the mind that was thriving only on that desire --falls for some moments because the desire has been quenched. And in those few moments of no-mind, you experience emptiness. This you call as happiness or bliss. All happiness you have ever experienced is only because of the mind getting empty, because of the no-mind state, because of the lifting of the shadow of the mind. But the false notion that you get is that because the target was completed -- you got happiness. Because of what you desired - you got happiness. Because of this false notion, desire for newer and more things increase. But, anything that gives you lots of happiness today does not give you the same amount of happiness later. After some time happiness diminishes. It ends. The real thing - the one that is shadowed by the mind -- after that is experienced -- then you get "bright" happiness (Tej Anand). This "bright" happiness never diminishes.

What then is "bright" happiness ?

Sirshree: That bliss that is beyond happiness and sorrow. For which there is no opposite. To site an example, the opposite of 'success' is 'failure'. Similarly: hot - cold, up - down, love - hate etc. - all words are related. But what is beyond both opposites is "bright". What is beyond love and hate is "bright" love. What is beyond happiness and grief is bright happiness. There is no opposite to "bright" happiness. Because that is 'one'. When you come to know of that "one" then, you are liberated from dualism.

Why is man unhappy?

Because of double unhappiness.

What is double unhappiness?

You are troubled by something. The body is under pain – this is first unhappiness. But on that unhappiness the mind becomes unhappy, why does this exist? Why me? Why not others? When would this pain go away? ---- Then the unhappiness of the body increases ten times over. The body was in pain. The body was curing it too. Nature on its own was curing the pain. But the thorn of the mind made it “my pain”, “my unhappiness”.

Does this mean we should not be unhappy?

This means unhappiness over unhappiness should not be there.

What does this mean?

This means that the comparing mind (contrast mind) that raises its head and defines the state of unhappiness shouldn’t be there.

I didn’t understand ...

Understand it like this. You got angry. It does not trouble you as such. Children get angry and the very next second, they are peacefully playing. But you are thinking as to “why did I anger?” Even after the incident has occurred, what is being thought over it for hour together --- that gives you trouble. So you get angry over anger and this troubles the mind. The more your understanding increases, you are rid of this double unhappiness.

That means unhappiness alone cannot trouble us?

Absolutely correct.

How is that?

When unhappiness is not acceptable, then double unhappiness begins i.e. unhappiness over unhappiness as to why I am unhappy? But when there is acceptance of this unhappiness, then unhappiness on that unhappiness doesn’t happen. Depression on depression doesn’t occur. And then this understanding will occur that it is only “non-acceptance” that is unhappiness and only acceptance is happiness.
Question Answer Sessions with Sirshree Tejparkhi
On this page, you will find answers given out to truth seekers by Sirshree Tejparkhi. Some answers have been given to individual seekers who later wrote from their memory. Some are excerpts from his discourses where seekers asked questions and his answers thereto were documented.

Spreading Oneness ( Courtesy Tejgyan Foundation)

Spreading Oneness

Happy Thoughts

People have added many of their own wrong beliefs and notions with meditation because of which the technique of meditation itself has become more important. When people do not flinch from committing to responsibilities, then all those things of the world would happen, which stand in front of you as problems.

When man gets liberated from ignorance, unconsciousness and laziness, then due to the feeling of freedom, he would desire to take responsibilities. In this state, taking responsibilities would not be a burden. A liberated person who takes responsibility for the liberation of other people considers it to be his Self Expression. The more you are liberated, the more would you desire to take responsibility. Taking responsibility is the proclamation of freedom, not of inviting troubles.

Take responsibility from today, invoke the feeling of responsibility. By taking responsibility, you would bring in all good qualities, eliminate all bad ones, and then you would be able to take the biggest of responsibilities, which is 'knowing yourself' or self-realisation. This responsibility too, must be taken by everybody, if not today, then tomorrow. Only after that is Complete Bright Development possible.

Experience Oneness: Practical tips for 'Bright householders' as taught by Sirshree...

Parental responsibility

It is often seen that parents, who are expected to give 'understanding' to their children, often force their verdict upon them. The children then conduct themselves on these ready-made verdicts. The parents have undergone some bitter-sweet experiences earlier because of which they have concluded that people are bad, and the way the world is running is wrong. They hold onto their experiences and also force them upon their children. Then how can the children develop? They will also see the world through the eyes of their parents.

What is the fact? Is the world really bad? Are people bad? The same world that appears bad to us appears good to someone else. Therefore, let us give the freedom to our children to take decisions from their viewpoint and experience. May the parents not force their experiences upon their children. Allow them to choose their paths. Help the children in making their decisions but do not force your decisions on them. Give them this kind of a new life, new light and plan to live together happily.

Old Story, Golden Moral By Sirshree

On responsibility

A mendicant was roaming in the forest when he spotted an injured jackal. Is there any reason you should make the effort to retain only positive thoughts? This article shares some ideas why you may in fact want to make this effort.

Higher Productivity

Maintaining a positive attitude may lead to higher productivity, whether in your career or personal life. When you are negative, you tend to give up more easily, get frustrated, get easily distracted, and drag your feet. A simple thing such as how you think can make a world of difference. W. Clement Stone spoke of this when he said "There is little difference in people, but that little difference makes a big difference. The little difference is attitude. The big difference is whether it is positive or negative.". Whether you want higher productivity is up to you, however consider the cause and effect of your attitude. Zig Ziglar also spoke of this when he said "Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will.".

Better Relationships

Who wants to be around a negative person? Do you? When you are negative, you are sending out signals to others to stay away from you, unless perhaps they are also negative and seek a similar mindset. Do you want to attract negative people, or positive people? Ken Keyes Jr. touched on the reality of this when he said "A loving person lives in a loving world. A hostile person lives in a hostile world; everyone you meet is your mirror." Your attitude affects both personal relationships, and career relationships. While the impact of your attitude in a personal relationship is perhaps more obvious, in the workplace it's often less obvious. It's the relationships, trust, and rapport you build with others which contribute greatly to advancement opportunities, and should not be overlooked.

Better Health

Both modern medical providers and ancient practitioners have said that your attitude can affect your health. Your body takes queues from your mind, and negative thoughts can be disruptive to your internal body processes. Handling stress is a key challenge for us, to avoid stress-induced illnesses. The reverse is also true that having good health will contribute towards a positive attitude, so take care of your body! A holistic approach is to focus on your mind and body together, ensuring you are eating well and getting exercise.

Happiness

Happiness is perhaps one of the most important things of all, what good are the other things above if you aren't happy? Financial success doesn't necessarily equate to happiness, many wealthy people are quite unhappy. Happiness is really a state of mind, and we have complete control of our own minds. Unfortunately, many leave their thoughts and emotions on "autopilot", never deciding for themselves how they want to think. Maintaining a positive attitude equates to a decision to be happy, it's your choice! Buddha summarized how to remain happy no matter how bad things may seem when he said "Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful.". It's also important to not miss the things that truly make us happy, which is not typically money, but often little things we take for granted. As Robert Brault said, "Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.".

Spiritual Growth

If you believe in a creator, or practice a religious belief, then you may also believe that remaining positive is part of a spiritual growth path. Many religions teach this basic premise, that we should remain positive and trust in our creator no matter how bad things may seem. Even if you don't have spiritual beliefs, perhaps you feel something within your conscience that urges you to be positive, and thus have a positive impact on others in your life. Being positive makes others feel good, which is rewarding in itself.

You Are Your Thoughts

What are you but your thoughts? Mahatma Gandhi said "A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he becomes." What do you want to be? Your thoughts have more impact than you realize, and define who you are, how others react to you, what comes into your life, and how you will be remembered when you are no longer here. What type of person do you want to be? Make sure your thoughts and attitudes support your definition of yourself!

How to Do It

How to maintain a positive attitude is a subject for a different article as there are many methods to achieve it. However, deciding you WANT to do this is a key first step, and can lead you towards pursuing methods which work for you. A good second step is to begin to simply recognize when you are not feeling positive, and pause to reflect on whether you want to CHOOSE to feel that way or not. Getting your mind out of autopilot puts you back into control, which is fundamental to changing your attitude.

Positive Thinking Is A Magnet For Success

Most people have heard of Norman Vincent Peale's famous book "The Power of Positive Thinking." The influence of this book and others of a similar ilk has been significant and thousands of people have applied the principles of positive thinking to achieve personal success.

How important is positive thinking to the achievement of success? More than anything, it seems that our attitude to life has a greater influence on success than education, experience and other factors. So if you want your dreams to materialize, start by monitoring your attitude. You need to learn how to think positively despite the circumstances. If you can do this, you will have taken a significant step towards achieving your dreams.

Fortunately, it is not overly difficult to improve your thinking habits. You simply have to identify negative thoughts you need to change and replace them with positive thoughts. Positive thinking allows us to reinterpret our experiences and circumstances more optimistically than we might otherwise do. In turn, this gives us greater personal strength to weather the storms we face and turn difficult situations around. It also helps us to move from where we are to where we want to be. By simply paying attention to the stream of thoughts that run through our minds we can quickly identify those that are negative. It is therefore important to begin to pay attention to your thoughts. How often do you feel unhappy, negative, judgemental or discouraged? Before you can really achieve the success you want it is essential to begin to think more positively.

Positive thinkers do not allow a single negative event to affect their whole lives. They are able to put things in perspective and still maintain a healthy emotional balance. It is amazing how many people hold onto anger and regrets about relatively unimportant things. To truly take advantage of the power of positive thinking, you need to let go of resentments and unforgiveness. There is a time for these feelings. If you have been betrayed and bruised it is only human to experience emotional pain.

However, if you truly want a happy life you cannot hold onto these feelings for very long. You don't have to be unrealistic to be a positive thinker. It isn't about avoiding the truth or hiding from reality; it is simply taking charge of your life beginning with your thoughts. We create what we focus on in life. We may think we are focusing on good things but when we pay attention to our thoughts we can be shocked to discover how negative they are. If our thoughts are negative, we will attract negative things into our lives. It's that simple. By simply paying attention to the good things in your life and being grateful for them, you can become a positive thinker. When your thoughts are overwhelmingly positive you will begin to attract more positive experiences into your life. That is the simple yet amazing power of positive thinking.

Be Careful For What You Ask For

How many of you have heard of the saying "Ask and you shall receive"? Ok - great concept, but how does it actually work? Many thinkers, religious, new age and scientific have been exploring this puzzle in recent years.

Have you ever decided that you need to buy a washing machine and then suddenly noticed there is a rush of companies advertising washing machines? What about if you are expecting a baby - noticed how many people are pregnant around you?

This is due to a part of your brain called the reticular activating system. The reticular activating system (RAS) is at the base of the brain stem and expands into the mid brain (neo cortex). It controls your sleep and arousal patterns and contributes to your focus of attention and levels of motivation.

You are bombarded by thousands of pieces of information every second - you need to sort this data into meaningful chunks and filter out non-relevant pieces of information otherwise you would overload. Your RAS does this for you. Your RAS is a bit like a computer where you set the program to filter out what you want, so only the important bits get through.

Thanks for the science lesson Ingrid, but what does this have to do with me, you may be asking? What you program your mind through your RAS to look out for - that is what you get.

If you program it to look for washing machines or pregnant ladies - that is what you see everywhere. The reality is that there are no more ads or pregnancies than before, it is just that you can see them now. If you program your mind to see the good in others, then that is what you see.

There is a Buddhist teaching story that tells of a wise monk sitting at a crossroads. A family walked up to him and asked "Tell us about the village up ahead. We are looking for a nice new home to live in." The monk replied "Tell me about what the people were like where you came from". "They were horrible, always fighting, crime was a problem and people were not helpful to each other". "Sadly, the next village is the same" replied the monk. Another family walked up to the monk.

"Tell us about the village up ahead. We are looking for a nice new home to live in." The monk replied "Tell me about what the people were like where you came from". "They were wonderful, very generous and supportive of each other." "The next village is the same" replied the monk.

Now you get the basic idea, let's take it that bit further.

Your Reticular Activating System (RAS) and Goals.

When you have clearly defined goals, what you are doing is setting your RAS to look for and sort information that will support your goals. If you have fuzzy goals, then your RAS will present you with fuzzy information and fuzzy outcomes.

The reverse also happens - if you set goals that are too narrow or limiting, then that is what you will receive.

To give you an example, I was talking with a businesswoman whose company had just closed. I was debriefing her about what she had done and what she could do differently next time as part of a grieving/closure ceremony. She was still stunned.

"I can't believe it she said. I was set some very specific goals in the past month". "Tell me about them" I asked.

"Well, I asked all my staff to make 100 appointments for free sessions with my business. I set each person an individual target of appointments to achieve and the time within which to achieve them". "So what happened" - I asked."

Well, they achieved their targets, we had 100 appointments booked. The problem was that none of the appointments converted to paying customers. Some didn't turn up, most couldn't afford our services and many just wanted the free session."

"So you actually got what you asked for. Did you set any goals for conversion to paying customers?"

A look of horror passed over her face as she realized what had happened "No - we got exactly what we asked for - appointments, not customers!"Lets leave aside the question of demographics, correct target marketing and qualifying clients for a moment. What she asked for she got 100%. The trouble was, she only asked for part of what she really wanted.

Lessons from Prayer

So does this mean that you have to be 100% crystal clear on exactly what you want? Not exactly. While there is a lot of research currently going on about RAS, there is also a lot of work going on about the power of prayer. Just key in "Power of Prayer" into Google and have a look at some of the nearly 3 million links. Research has been conducted on prayer and heart patients, IVF patients, burns patient, AIDS patients and the list goes on.

The type of prayer - specific "please heal Ms Jones of her lumbago" compared to more general - "If it is for her highest good, please heal Ms Jones", has also been the subject of research. It appears from the research that non-specific prayer is more effective than specific prayer and people are advised to leave the outcomes in the hands of the higher being or God (depending on your personal beliefs).

This provides us with some interesting lessons. The best outcomes come from setting clear goals, but leaving space for a higher being or God to intervene.

So, how can you set your RAS to best support your goals?

* Start with the basics - work out specifically what goals you are looking for.

* Visualise yourself achieving those goals 100%,

* Experience the emotions around successfully achieving those goals

* Hear the sounds of success

* Add in the thought/feeling "this or better, if for my highest good" as this provides space for God or a higher power to intercede.

Doing this will help you to set your RAS program for goal success.

Next write your goals into present tense, write them as if you have already achieved them and say them repeatedly throughout the month as an affirmation. This will help maintain your RAS program.

Finally, detach from the outcome. Know that whatever happens in your life is perfectly correct. You can learn from the outcome no matter what it is. It is at this point you need to let go and trust.

Positive Thinking - Whatever The Mind Can Conceive

'Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve' - Napoleon Hill.

Our mind is an incredible power whose abilities and powers no one is aware of. Even great scientist are said to have used only a small fragment of their brains capacity. They have proved that a normal human being uses only 10% of his mind and they are also of the opinion that 75% of all sickness the human being confront is due to this 10% mental power. This clearly shows that even the 10% that we use is not optimized or used diplomatically.

Researches conducted in eminent universities clarify the fact that a healthy and positive thinking can ensure a better life or living condition. Today there is so much buzz about hypnosis, self hypnosis etc. the power of the mind is amazing and if only we knew how to incorporate positive thinking into our daily thinking pattern we can lead a much better life free from sickness and mental worries.

Unfortunately people just do the reverse by imbibing negative thinking and outlook which definitely makes their lives miserable. So how can we incorporate a positive thinking in everything that we do? When there are so many negative things around is it possible to successfully follow a positive thinking pattern? Many people do not believe in this attitude but in reality this positive attitude will help them cope with daily issues easily and most of all you see life with optimism.

Positive thinking is nothing but guiding your sub conscious mind to see, feel, hear and experience things positively. It is the choice you make and the attitude you decide to stick to which ensures a positive or a negative pattern in all that you do. We can easily develop positive thinking if we make a commitment towards the goal and had some control over what we think and challenge the negativity we encounter.

We have all heard about the law of attraction which says like poles attract. Same way when we always think about negative things only negative things happen and we are in the habit of viewing things positively we will always encounter positive things in life. People who are depressed are usually negative thinkers and when they go for counseling they are guided to think positively.

Everyone should stop being judgmental as it is another form of negative thinking. Goal setting and advancing towards it with a positive thinking that you will reach the goal will definitely help you to attain the goal. Sportsmen, differently able people, elders and students especially should practice positive thinking and enhance their lives. Winston Churchill rightly said, "a pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity and an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty'. Positive people never give up and they learn from even failures. But negative thinkers always look for ways to blame others or crucify others for their own faults.

Changing over to a positive attitude cannot be done overnight. Effort is needed as our minds are already programmed or conditioned to think negatively and see negatively. But the effort that you take is worth million dollars. When your thinking changes your whole life and the incidents changes and you can see the difference instantly. Visualizing and self hypnosis are some of the methods to create positive thinking and it helps to develop a positive attitude. We are what we think we are so expert's advice to visualize ourselves as what we wish to become constantly.

Visualizing something regularly can create a positive atmosphere in which it will definitely happen. That does not mean you can visualize about going to mars everyday. Your goal and passion should be attainable and fair. Mental visualization will take you closer to your goal mentally and you will automatically be driven towards it as every action of yours will be then focused towards what you visualize. Self hypnosis also helps you to repeat to yourself what you should do and achieve it is like hypnotizing yourself to do something undeterred by any other distractions. So positive thinking will lead to positive atmosphere where you will encounter and see only positive things happening. And here's a sample positive thinking to finally establish my point positively,

"Instead of thinking about what you are missing, try thinking about what you have, that everyone else is missing".

Tapping into Personal Motivation

Does the word "Motivation" have a charge for you? Do you notice that when you get ready to begin certain projects curious personal behaviors emerge? Have you noticed the desire to stop reading this article altogether? This topic can be a bit overwhelming.

How many of us have listened to "motivational speakers" and wanted someone to just, oh, I don't know, perhaps shush them up!!! Or how about reading books on motivation and finding that you don't even have the motivation to finish the book? As a human and a coach this issue comes up often. The common thread is that many of us have behaviors that seem to undermine the desire to complete something that we really want to do.

I looked up the word "motivation" in my dictionary and could not find a definition. I was going to leave it at that and thought, "Well, since I am writing an article on this subject, I probably could be a bit more thorough" (a curious behavior of mine is sometimes giving up too quickly!). So, I read further and found the definition for "motivate."

Motivate means: to provide with a motive.

This was interesting, though this did not say much. I read further, I was becoming more motivated now to find a definition that I could work with to make this an interesting and exciting article that would inspire readers! Here was the next definition I found.

Motive means: an inner urge that prompts a person to action with a sense of purpose.

Much better! So there is an "inner urge" and a "sense of purpose," and the only part that can hinder us is the "action." Let's play with this a bit. The first step is to notice the "inner urge." Maybe you have an inner urge to clean out your closet, paint a wall a different color, or write a book. Give this urge a voice. Maybe you could write about it, talk about it, or read about it.

The next step is to get clear about what this "sense of purpose" is for you. Maybe the clutter in your house is driving you nuts and you are tired of feeling crazy. Your purpose for painting may be that your walls were painted "dusty rose" in the 80's and you just want to bring in a more modern feel. The book? Well, that has been a secret dream for years and the purpose is to share something with the world that is uniquely you.

Now it's time to get clear about what needs to be in place in order for you to take "action." Maybe you need to set aside more time or save more money. For larger projects finding supportive people to talk to may be helpful. Maybe you need an organized space for creativity. Being honest with yourself about what needs to be in place will support you in taking that action that could make your life a lot less crazy, a lot more modern and a lot more creative.

Take some time to release the charge around how you motivate and watch yourself!

The Key To Peace

"Think thoughts that make you feel good. Think thoughts, say words and do things that resonate with who you really are-with that broader, wiser, securer part of you. Then your feelings of well-being, your feelings of worthiness, your feeling of value become very real to you. Then you have something to offer the world." Abraham-Hicks 1/8/91

The Law of Attraction states that whatever you focus your energy on will grow larger. That which is like itself is drawn. So, let's look at this in the light of world events. Are you focusing on peace or are you focusing on war? Are your conversations of world events leaving you feeling good or bad? Are you putting your focus on what you want or on what you don't want? Notice where you are putting your attention.

Let's take this a step further. Take a moment to get centered and quiet. Now ask yourself: "What do I want?", "What do I want for this planet?" Notice what words, pictures, and feelings come up for you. Whatever comes up notice if you feel good or bad when you think of what you want. Focus your attention on the aspects that feel good. Bring the essence of what you want into your internal experience. For example: if you want peace in the world, focus on feeling peaceful yourself.

Do you treat yourself with unconditional love and compassion, or do you beat yourself up with critical thoughts?

Do you spend time with your kids in joy and play, or do you spend time nagging and yelling?

Do you create a positive connection with your partner by being open and listening fully, or do you hold on to your opinions until the bitter end?

Focus and acknowledge the times that you choose peace over conflict. Focus and acknowledge when you experience peace internally and in your external world.

"If we are going to experience peace we need to notice each act of peace, however small. As we notice and ignite our sense of internal peace, our actions then reflect peace and those actions will influence the whole. If we are going to experience world peace we must start with ourselves and BE peace." --Sarah Hartzell, founder of Circles of Ten Women for World Peace.

I recently joined a local Circle of Ten. As a group we focus on outrageous acts of peace. We are supporting each other in remembering how to focus on peace rather than discuss our fears about war. Circles of Ten is a grass roots, peace activism, and leadership training movement whose intention is to facilitate personal, interpersonal and global peace.

The idea is to energize what you want. Create a clear vision of what you want and begin experiencing this internally. Then begin attending to it in your day to day life. Then broaden the vision and attend to where you can find this vibration in the world.

Attraction Of Success

I do not care what people debate or think or believe in, this is something you need to pay attention to. How much you believe or do not believe in the law of attraction it is there true as fact. It is absolutely critical that you read this with an open mind and understand what I am telling you.

I am not talking about the movie, The Secret with you. I am talking about The Law of Attraction. Even though that movie has been out while, The Law of Attraction has been around for thousands of years.

You are responsible for everything in your life right now. You attracted it into your life. I am not saying you mystically attracted it. I am saying you attracted it because you did certain things in the past that created your present.

I am saying that things you are doing today will make a difference in the future. If you change or alter one thing, even subtly, it can have a significant difference in your life down the road.

For example, if you decided today to run 1 mile each day, and you had not done that in the past, your entire life will be different months from now.

You will be healthier, happier and posses more energy. Who knows what will happen if you decide today to make that kind of change. Months from now, you may run a marathon.

What you think about the most becomes your reality. You know why? Because it moves you forward towards that in which you think about the most.

Your thoughts create actions. Actions create results. Therefore, if you continue to think you are not good enough to make it in the internet marketing industry, you are right. If you change your thought process and realize anyone can make it in this business, including you, then you will have different results.

However, you have to take full responsibility for what your life is like right now. You have to realize that if you want different results you will have to take different actions.
And guess what? You have to think different thoughts!

If you continue to think the right thoughts, you will have things fall into your lap. You will have the right people; the right situations, the right opportunities, the right answers, the right clients, the right JV partners, etc. come to you because you are thinking the right thoughts and doing the right actions.

Everything that you see around you is a direct reflection of what is going on inside you. It is a direct link to your thoughts. If you always think doubt, lack and financial problems, then that is what you will get.

It is cause and effect really. You have to cause certain things to happen in your business. It does not happen on its own. And, you will never recognize these things if you do not change the way you think.

If you want different results, think different thoughts. And, if you are going to have the choice on which thoughts you think, you should think positive thoughts.
Look at it this way, If you spend 60% of your time thinking negative thoughts, then 60% of the time you are worrying, fretting, stressing and probably not doing much to move you towards your goals. You only have 40% of your time available for positive thoughts.

I know I find myself taking much more action when I am having positive thoughts. I am much more confident and willing to make bold moves. Therefore, spending more of your time in the positive zone will create more action and results.

Fence The Anger

Anger is one letter short of Danger#

If You are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow
There once was a boy who had a temper. His Father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost temper, he must hammer a nail into the fence.
The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered gradually declined.
He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive a nail into the fence. Finally the day came when he did'nt lose his temper. He told his father and his fater suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper. The days passed untill finally the boy told his father that all the nails were gone.

The father took the boy by the hand and led him to the fence. He told him to look at the pitted fence. It would never be the same again. Similarly when you say things in anger; they leave a scar just like the ones on the fence. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won't matter how many times you say you're sorry, the wound will still be there.
Anger is a condition in which the tongue works faster than the mind. A verbal wound is worse than a physical one.
So if we should'nt express it or repress it, what do we do when we feel angry? The answer is to align your head and heart, recongnise and anger and transform it into a healthy positive force for change rather than simply a tool to hurt and destroy.

B Pozitive, Bright Pozitve

Have a Positive Day, every day in every way:

Our inner critic is the internal voice of negative judgmental self-talk. It is postulated that our inner critic developed early in life as a mechanism for reminding us of childhood rules and standards that we internalized about how we were supposed to think, feel and behave. We learn to be critical of ourselves as we learn to march to the drummer of others wants and needs, we learn to be critical of others when they do not conform to what we want or expect. Take this a day every day to stomp out the voice of your inner critic: to free yourself from self imposed negativity and judgment. Silence all criticism and negativity for 24 hrs. Concentrate only on the good in yourself and in others that you meet and interact with. Give the inner critic a day off, and in doing so spend a day with your highest, greatest, and best self.

Self Talk to Help You:
I am always Positive
I will have Positive expectations for everything I do.
I will surround myself with positive people and ideas.
I will keep trying until I achieve the results I want.
I am always in the right place at the right time.
I trust people and they always treat me well.
Whatever I do, it is always fun and comes easily.
Everything happening is right, truly right.
Whatever I do, it makes money.

I am fearless in letting money go out – knowing God is my immediate and endless supply.
Strong Desire will even turn failure into Success.
